1. the team management panel
navigate to your organization dashboard and select the "team" tab from the sidebar. here you can see all current members and pending invitations.
2. sending an invitation
click the "invite member" button. enter the email address of the colleague you wish to invite and select their initial role.
3. roles and permissions
sentinelpay supports three primary roles:
- owner — full access to all settings, billing, and team management.
- admin — can manage api keys and view logs, but cannot change billing or delete the organization.
- member — read-only access to logs and analytics. ideal for support staff.
you can only have one "owner" per organization. ownership can be transferred in the security settings panel.
4. accepting an invitation
your colleague will receive an email with a unique join link. once they click the link and log in (or register), they will be automatically added to your organization workspace.
